Cured with sea salt and dark muscovado sugar, then gently smoked over beechwood, it’s minimally processed, naturally low in fat and high in protein. Packed with flavour and quality ingredients, it’s the perfect festive addition — from Christmas breakfast to Boxing Day brunch.
