Shipping policy

When delivering your order, we’ll pack your turkey safely in individual insulated box so that you can then store it in your fridge or pop straight into the freezer.

Every delivery comes in an insulated box, with a highly efficient, biodegradable, natural wool insulation to which ice packs are added.

If you’re not going to be in to receive your delivery you can leave a note for the driver so it can be safely left in a safe place for a few hours with no risk.

National Delivery - £15.50

Delivered on Tuesday 22nd December 2026. You will receive notification from the courier on the day of your delivery via SMS or email with an estimated time for delivery so you will not have to wait in all day.

Celebrating early? If you need your turkey sooner pop us an email after ordering with your order number and preferred date, for delivery no earlier than the 5th December. 

Local Delivery - £7

For addresses within a 12-mile radius of the farm, deliveries will be made on Tuesday 22nd December 2026.

Collection from the farm - FREE

You're welcome to collect your order from our farm in Skeyton, Norwich, Norfolk, NR10 5DJ. No advance notice is required. 

Collection days are: 
Wednesday 23rd December 2026:  8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 24th December 2026:  7:00am - 1:00pm
