Shipping policy

We carefully pack your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition for you to enjoy with your family.

When delivering your order, we’ll pack your turkey safely in individual insulated box so that you can then store it in your fridge or pop straight into the freezer.

Every delivery comes in an insulated box, with a highly efficient, biodegradable, natural wool insulation to which ice packs are added.

If you’re not going to be in to receive your delivery you can leave a note for the driver so it can be safely left in a safe place for a few hours with no risk.

Your order will be delivered fresh via DHL Courier on 22nd December 2025.

You will receive notification from the courier on the day of your delivery via SMS or email with an estimated time for delivery so you will not have to wait in all day.
