Complaints

Should you have any form of complaint regarding any service or product that you have received from Morton’s Traditional Taste Ltd , please call us on either 01692 538067 or email. We will always aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days. Cancellation/Returns

If you are unsatisfied with a product in any way, please contact us and we will resolve the matter either through a refund or replacement at our discretion.

You have the right to cancel any order made, unless the order has already been despatched in which case your order stands, the dispatch date will be deemed to be 18th December 2023 at which point all orders are packed for dispatch and it is not possible to pick individual orders out.

Morton’s Traditional Taste Ltd reserve the right to offer conditions on refunds based on quality reasons. We may ask for you to provide evidence of any quality issue, and may make arrangements for these items to be collected or returned to us. Failure to provide evidence, or make such items available for return, could compromise your legibility for a refund. All refunds are at the company’s discretion and will be processed within 7 working days of a refund being agreed.
