Our smoked deli hamper has been curated by us, to showcase the best that East Anglia has to offer.  We’ve selected a range of products, to accommodate all tastes, and would be a welcomed treat at any table, or gifted to someone special.

Here at Morton’s Family Farm, we take pride in working with local artisan producers, and being able to offer our customers, a taste of the region.

    Our Smoked Deli Hamper contains:

Smoked duck breast, 180g-220g – Locally sourced Gressingham duck, smoked in-house, at Morton’s Farm.

Smoked chicken breast, 180g-220g – Locally sourced, free-range chicken breasts, smoked in-house, at Morton’s Farm.

Smoked salmon, 200g – The finest Scottish smoked salmon, with five generations and 100 years of experience, catching and smoking fish.

Smoked Lincolnshire Poacher, 180g-220g – The cheese is cold-smoked over untreated dampened oak chips for 24 hours. Cold smoking gives the cheese a golden brown colour and a delicate smoked aroma and flavour, through which the distinctive Poacher characteristics are still evident.

Marsh Pig black truffle salami sausage, 180g –  A beautiful balance of black truffle, coupled with a hint of black pepper at the finish, giving a rich and unctuous full flavour.

Peter’s Yard original sourdough crispbreads, 109g –  Made in the UK by a team of skilled bakers, following an original Swedish recipe. They use simple, natural ingredients including Shipton Mill organic flour, organic fresh milk, and their precious sourdough, which is fed daily and allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is baked.

Candi’s spiced carrot chutney, 284g jar – A light chutney with the first taste being that of the Star Anise, quickly followed by the flavours of Coriander, Cassia Bark which enhance the natural sweetness of the Carrot.  Previously been awarded a Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Food.
